Achieving long-term and sustainable value
FINLEASE has a well-defined and well-structured corporate governance framework in place to support the board’s aim of achieving long term and sustainable value and it is important that this is supported by the right culture, values and behaviors both at the top and throughout the entire organization. In fulfilling its duties, the Board and its members oversee the corporate governance of FINLEASE, oversee and advise management in developing our financial and business goals, and evaluate management’s performance in pursuing and achieving those goals.
Corporate governance is the system by which companies are directed and controlled. Boards of directors are responsible for the governance of their companies. The shareholders’ role in governance is to appoint the directors and the auditors and to satisfy themselves that an appropriate governance structure is in place.
